This presentation highlights the importance of discussing mental and emotional health with children, especially those with juvenile dermatomyositis. Experts provide insights into emotional development milestones and practical communication skills for parents. The aim is to empower parents to support their mental health effectively, fostering a supportive environment.


The study examined 77 Egyptian patients with myositis, focusing on detecting 17 myositis-specific autoantibodies. Whole-body muscle MRI was also used. This research offers hope for better management of this autoimmune condition affecting muscles and potentially other organs.


Esketamine pretreatment significantly reduces etomidate-induced myoclonus during anaesthesia induction, offering a hopeful solution for patients. This study, conducted with 100 participants, shows esketamine effectiveness without adverse effects, providing reassurance for those undergoing surgery. The findings highlight a promising approach to improving patient comfort and safety.
